If we were talking about ANY other game, then I would agree with you. But we're talking about Oblivion -- a game that has gone out of its way to present us with an ultra-realistic looking game world. This is the game that features so many high-resolution textures and high-polygon models, that it strains and breaks most people's computers. So, does it matter if the female bodies look realistic..? Hell yes, it matters... if you actually play the game and if roleplaying and immersion factors matter to you. Of course, if the only thing that somebody wants is titanic hooters, and if they don't care that the rest of her body looks like a fat-assed, slope-shouldered homunculus, then by all means... use Exnem's or Growlf's or any other poorly meshed and amateurishly rendered body mod.
There's a thread that has been very popular on my board. In fact, it has gotten more hits than any other thread at tessmage.com, and I'm not at all surprised about that. Within that thread, I've brutally and honestly torn apart several of the major female body mods for Oblivion. There are quite a few side-by-side comparison pics in that thread and the results are quite enlightening -- not only about the body mods themselves, but also about the underlying reasons for the choices people make:
