rose doesn't work, the files in the rar point to the 2nd costume:

ROS_02.cos.emz
ROS_02_01.col.emz

renaming them works though.

ROS_01.cos.emz

too bad people you play with online dont see these costumes because something extra maybe like a hidden code is needed in order to render them online so others can see the costumes also

It's probably since they're renamed to _01, they're being read as the default first costume on the other person's PC from their files. If there we was some way we could figure out the code to unlock them normally, they'd probably show up. I'm sure it'll be possible once Capcom sets up the DLC keys for SFIV and we can gut it.

Maybe if we try to get the DLC folder from Xbox we should find those DLC files needed to unblock the extra costumes in char select.

2:please choose another color that different from the first color
3: then choose the color you want
why? change color may cause the program to call XXXX(load different col.emz file) function
4:start fighting



if use this ,the game speed may slower
